The Town of Woodhull is situated in the south central border of Steuben County; west of Addison, New York; east of Jasper, New York; and borders Pennsylvania. According to the Steuben County Planning Board, the Town of Woodhull encompasses about 55.4 square miles. The Town is governed by a town supervisor and four board members.
Woodhull is in an area called the Southern Tier of New York and the Finger Lakes region of New York.
